Privacy Policy

Crafty is a small development and engineering consultancy. This page explains what happens to any information you share here.

What gets collected

There are two situations where information is collected:

• Contact form submissions. When you send a message via the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to Formspree, which forward them on to Crafty. Your email is used only to reply.
• Anonymous analytics. Page views and a handful of click events (e.g. "contact form submitted") are recorded by PostHog to help understand how the site is used. No identifying information is collected.

Third parties used

• Formspree — handles contact form delivery. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the contact form from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• PostHog — product analytics. See PostHog's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DNS for the site.

Cookies

The only first-party storage the site sets is a theme preference in localStorage, so the light/dark choice persists across visits.

Your data, your call

If you'd like a copy of, or the deletion of, any message you've sent, submit a contact form entry and it'll be handled promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change too.
